Field of application Pipe Magnets

Pipe magnets can be offered wherever magnetic parts made of liquid or solid material flow in conveyor systems or line pipes must be sorted out. There are areas of application, for example, in mills, plastic and woodworking as well as in the ceramic industry, painting systems, the food and feed industry and in liquids and viscose fabrics.

Versions Pipe Magnets

Depending on the material conveyed, Tridelta offers three pipe magnet designs. If the material is not allowed to suffer any damage, a pipe magnet mounted on the outer wall is recommended. For everything else, a system with magnetic core is attached to the housing.
Pipe Magnet Inside 1

  • Magnetic flux density: approx. 250 mt
  • Operating temperature: up to 250 ° C
  • Classic area of application: filtration of lubricating, cooling and hydraulic oils and fluids, as well as granular or dusty materials
  • Captured material: iron parts with a piece of weight over 500mg, such as screws, nails, etc

Pipe Magnet Inside 2

  • Magnetic flux density: approx. 900 mt
  • Operating temperature: up to 80 ° C
  • Classic area of application: fine filtering of lubricating, cooling and hydraulic oils and liquids, as well as granular or dusty materials
  • Captured material: iron parts with a piece of weight over 0.5 µg, such as iron dust and grinding particles

Pipe Magnet Outside

  • Magnetic flux density: approx. 900 mt
  • Operating temperature: up to 80 ° C
  • Classic area of application: fine filtering of wood pellets, as well as granular or dusty materials
  • Captured material: iron parts with a piece of weight over 0.5 µg, such as iron dust and grinding particles

They enable an uninterrupted flow of material and operate without power, which means they are fail-safe, low-maintenance, sustainable, and they do not incur any follow-up costs. In addition, pipe mounts can be integrated into an existing process.

How it works Pipe Magnets

Pipe magnets consist of a tubular housing. Either a magnetic core is integrated inside or a ring magnetic system is attached to the outer wall.

The magnetic core consists of a magnetic system surrounded by a welded housing. Its cone-shaped tip directs falling particles to the housing wall of the system. Here, guide rails direct the particles onto the magnetic core shell, where magnetic media adhere. The magnetic core is either on rails or on a housing opening.

The ring magnetic system consists of a magnetic system surrounded by a welded stainless steel housing. Magnetic parts stick to the inner wall in this area.

The housing can be opened to clean the system.
