The engineers at TRIDELTA Magnetsysteme develop and calculate state-of-the-art magnetic systems for a wide range of applications – from mechanical engineering and sensor technology to medical technology. Modern calculation tools such as FEMM (Finite Element Method Magnetics) support us in analysing magnetic systems with precision, optimising transferable torque, and significantly reducing development effort as well as prototype costs.
Depending on the requirements, we implement different magnetisation types – including axial, diametral, radial and half-axis magnetisation – to ensure optimal field patterns, high efficiency and maximum performance.

Our design expertise covers both standardised products and systems as well as bespoke designs and made-to-specification solutions. Whether synchronous rotary couplings, face couplings or coaxial central couplings, linear magnetic systems, or magnetic eddy-current and hysteresis brakes: we develop and optimise our solutions for each of these designs to match the specific requirements precisely.

Through decades of working with materials such as neodymium-iron-boron, samarium-cobalt, aluminium-nickel-cobalt and hard ferrites on a daily basis, we have been able to understand their properties, limitations and optimisation potential in detail and apply them purposefully in demanding applications. This materials expertise forms the basis for the precise design of high-performance magnetic solutions, where magnetic parameters such as remanence, coercive field strength, maximum energy density, as well as temperature behaviour and demagnetisation behaviour are critical. Ongoing collaboration within our supplier network also enables us to manage complex procurement requirements reliably and to handle potential restrictions arising from current export licensing regulations flexibly and efficiently.
