Our development and manufacturing processes are governed by a comprehensive quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and are regularly audited by external bodies. In addition, our commitment to sustainability in the areas of energy, waste and resource use ensures efficient, resource-conscious operations. All processes – from planning and production through to final inspection – are clearly defined, documented and continuously reviewed. Through regular analyses and our continuous improvement process (CIP), we sustainably enhance the quality of our products, the efficiency of our operations, the qualifications of our employees and customer satisfaction.

At the TRIDELTA Group sites in Dortmund and Hermsdorf, we generate more electricity than we consume on average over the year – thanks to state-of-the-art photovoltaic systems. From January to September alone, this produced more than 2.2 GWh of energy, while the Group’s total electricity demand was around 1.47 GWh. This means we fully cover our energy needs on a net basis and, at the same time, support the regional energy supply by feeding surplus electricity into the grid.
