TRIDELTA magnetic couplings enable vibration compensation as well as efficient, contactless power transmission through barriers – cost-effective, reliable and without mechanical contact. They operate wear-free and maintenance-free and, under normal conditions, offer an almost unlimited service life.
Permanent-magnet couplings are used wherever absolute separation between the drive and driven sides is required, or where components need to be screwed on with a precisely defined torque. TRIDELTA develops magnetic couplings as technically matched solutions – designed around the application, the medium and the operating conditions. Our focus is on central rotary couplings for hermetically sealed processes and face couplings, but we will be happy to advise you on further solutions as well.
TRIZK® central rotary coupling
Reliable under extreme demands
Die TRIZK® is a patented, permanent-magnet central rotary coupling for contactless power transmission. It operates wear-free and maintenance-free, runs with low vibration and is hermetically sealed – even with aggressive media, at high temperatures or in continuous operation. This makes it ideally suited to applications such as pumps, agitators and processes involving critical liquids and gases. Thanks to smart engineering, the design and material selection can be tailored precisely to your application – for maximum process reliability and low life-cycle costs.
Outer rotor
Permanent preservation of the outer rotor, encapsulation and gas-tight laser welding are available on request.
Containment shell
The double-walled containment shell supports temperature-sensitive applications during cooling or heating. Available in stainless steel, PEEK, Hastelloy, ceramic or CFRP.
Inner rotor
The media-wetted area is gas-tight laser welded.

Face coupling
Torque that gives you leeway
The TRIDELTA face coupling transmits high torque without contact and without friction – even with axial misalignment or angular offset. It operates vibration-free and quietly, and is wear-free and maintenance-free. Torque is transmitted contactlessly via opposing magnetic discs. If a defined resistance threshold is exceeded, the coupling limits torque through controlled slipping, helping to protect the drivetrain. Depending on the application, ferrite, neodymium or samarium-cobalt magnets are used – including customer-specific configurations.
