Quality management system
Tridelta Magnetsysteme GmbH maintains a process-oriented quality management system according to DIN ISO EN 9001:2008.
The system, the processes, technologies, procedures and activities are described in the handbook, in procedural instructions and subordinate work instructions. These documents define the specifications for all business processes, in particular quality planning as well as the development and manufacture of high-quality products and their testing.
A measure of quality for Tridelta is customer satisfaction.
